1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or placing an order with Ray Vault Energy (Pvt) Ltd ("Ray Vault Energy (Pvt) Ltd", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.

2. Products & Services

Ray Vault Energy (Pvt) Ltd imports and sells solar battery systems and related energy storage products in Sri Lanka. All product specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

• Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product.
• Technical specifications provided are based on manufacturer data and are subject to variation.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Currency

All prices are quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes where indicated. Ray Vault Energy (Pvt) Ltd reserves the right to adjust prices at any time due to changes in import costs, exchange rates, or other factors. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed in the proforma invoice issued to you.

4. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to confirmation via a formal proforma invoice. An order is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed advance payment. The following conditions apply:

• An advance payment (deposit) is required to commence sourcing. The advance amount will be specified in your proforma invoice.
• The balance payment is due prior to or at the time of delivery, as specified in your invoice.
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, online card payments, and cash. Details are provided on the invoice.
• Proof of payment must be submitted to confirm receipt.

5. Delivery

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delivery timelines may be affected by supplier availability, shipping conditions, customs clearance, and other factors beyond our control.

• Ray Vault Energy will notify you of any material delays to your order.
• Delivery is to the address specified at the time of order. Additional charges may apply for remote locations.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

6. Warranty

Products sold by Ray Vault Energy (Pvt) Ltd are covered by the manufacturer's warranty for the period and under the conditions specified in the product documentation. Ray Vault Energywill assist in facilitating warranty claims with the manufacturer; however, Ray Vault Energy is not the warranty provider and cannot guarantee the outcome of any claim.

Warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, neglect, or modifications not authorised by the manufacturer.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ray Vault Energy (Pvt) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of power, equipment damage, loss of revenue, or property damage resulting from product failure.

Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Ray Vault Energy (Pvt) Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
